TESTING
All RIS products are tested to meet relevant national and international standards. The RIS engineering team can provide testing as a service for bespoke products
and clarification of suitability for non-standard applications and circumstances. All testing is observed, recorded and reported by Testsafe, a division of NSW Work Cover.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
RIS act in a wide range of project management roles encompassing everything from site safety management to budget management and on time delivery. Our project management experience has been part of a wider team of contractors working to one common goal and also as principal contractor with primary responsibility for project delivery
FABRICATION
RIS employ a team of talented fabricators across a wide range of trades. A core part of the business, both standard and custom fabrications are available.
INSTALLATION
RIS employ teams of talented trade qualified installers across a wide range of trades. The RIS installation teams hold building accreditation licences as required on a state by state basis.
SITE TRAINING
The success of the investment is only as good as the capacity of the people to operate the product or system.
RIS prides itself in offering site training to our clients to ensure that the capital investment in safety they have made is implicitly understood and effectively used by the client’s personnel.
Our site training includes Inductions, step by step operating manuals, one on one hand over and operating tutorials on multimedia platforms such as training videos and online training systems.

RIS is able to conduct a thorough safety audit of any existing site and make full recommendations for any height safety requirements to ensure future worker safety and compliance with relevant safety standards.
Project Design
RIS have their own team of dedicated and specialised project designers and engineers that actively work with architects, builders and engineers in the design of specific safety system solutions for buildings, structures, equipment and other
applications.
Installation
RIS have their own team of dedicated and specialised installers in each of their branches. This guarantees the most professional and responsive service to our customers.
Inspection and Recertification
RIS provides a comprehensive inspection and recertification service to selected customers for products and systems.
This ensures that our customers have peace of mind in the knowledge that all their height safety products and systems have been correctly inspected and maintained. RIS are in a position to provide this service across Australia for national customers with multiple sites.
Training
To ensure the highest levels of safety are maintained, operator training is made available upon the completion of any works to detail correct usage, maintenance and inspection guidelines.
To selected customers, RIS can also offer tailored height safety training packages that provide users with the intensive skills required for working at heights.
Documentation
Every project completed by RIS will be accompanied by an operator work manual and signage detailing correct usage, inspection guidelines, maintenance schedules and a warranty certificate.
