Heathgate Resources - Beverley Uranium Mine Plant upgrade and trunk line to four mile west.
The scope of work consists of the provision of services to install two parallel trunklines inclusive of road crossings, creek crossings and midline valve stations.
The trunkline corridor extends 12km from the Beverley Plant to Four Mile West of DN400 HDPE to total 24km of trunk line in pipe workmile west.
The plant upgrade project includes the installation of 10 IX Columns (pressure vessels) into the Beverley Plant including all structural/mechanical/piping connections needed to operate the new Currently the works is to be installed in three phases.
BHP - Olympic Dam Mine Site - Compressed air and saline water reticulation underground.
Two new Compressed Air and Saline Water reticulation systems will be required to service the SMA B2/3 and H2 mining blocks. The new Compressed Air and Saline Water systems will be fed from surface reticulation and will be capable of supplying adequate flow rates and pressures to each of the mining levels.
Works consisted of the following:
Fabrication of pressure reducing skids and distribution skids, Installation of FRP Dropper plate and plug from the surface to underground, Fabricate and install individual level cuddy pipe work, supports and required, valves/instrumentation, Site run and install cuddy E&I cable, Commission system including supply and complete documentation handover of all relevant ITPs, ITR’s and MDR’s
BHP - Olympic Dam Mine Site -SMA Compressor House The work included the following:
Supply and install 6km of DN400 HDPE poly surface reticulation pipe work, Fabrication and installation of structural steel, Fabrication and installation of galv spools/pipework, Supply and install of new pressure vessels, Supply and install of new cooling towers, Supply and install of new compressors, Commissioning, Development and execution of all required construction verification including ITP’s, ITR’s and MDR’s
BHP - Olympic Dam Mine Site - SMA Saline Dam reticulation The work comprises the supply of labour, materials, consumables and equipment for the structural, mechanical and piping works consisting of the following:
Fabricate and supply dam discharge pump station Overland pipe work approximately 7km of DN280, DN400 and DN250 HDPE Fabricate all structural supports Civil footings and pads Supply and installation of 3x header water tanks, valves and instruments Commissioning including full MDR, ITP and construction verification ITR work packs
