    We have in-house heavy lift specialists and project managers that will contribute in the production of a needs analysis and detail equipment specification for projects.

    Our lifting projects are managed in a true project management framework. Project and job leaders are allocated to tasks to manage and plan the job, and if needed, project specific quality management plans, communication plans, project delivery plans and OHS management plans are developed, in consultation with our client, to ensure the quality delivery of projects.
