Quality Assurance Details
Managing project quality requires an integrated approach between the client, and the

Lucas Total Contract Solutions (Lucas TCS) Management team. Quality control activities
are performed continually to verify that project management and project deliverables
are of high quality and meet quality standards as specified in the contract
documentation, ensuring that project outcomes satisfy the quality standards as set by
the contract documentation and will define and record quality reviews, test
performance, and client acceptance through Quality Assurance methods.
To support our philosophy and standards, Lucas TCS has developed a formal Integrated
Management System accredited to ISO9001, ISO14001 & AS4801. To support this it is
the expectation that all Lucas TCS activities and employees involvement strive to conform
to the requirements of our system and these accreditations. Lucas will achieve this by
having a trained and committed workforce who know and understand the operations of
Lucas TCS’ Integrated HSEC Management System.
The overall Lucas TCS HSEC Management System includes documents (e.g. Policies,
Management Plans, Operational Procedures, Guidelines and Forms, etc.) which cover all
the different aspects (e.g. Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental Management,
Human Resources, Finance, Administration etc) of the company’s various businesses
and projects.
Those documents that relate to the Quality Management are available on request and
list the relevant documents for each project. As Management System documents are
continually subject to change, a static list of documented procedures is not included in
this tender however the current Quality Management System documents approved for
use on each project are available on all Lucas TCS sites and by the client upon request.
